What do we mean by that? We live our lives to a rhythm and Cadence Leadership exists to support leaders to set the right tempo, or Cadence, in their lives and organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Cadence Leadership is all about helping employers see their team thrive and employees loving what they do. Sometimes when things are busy your cadence will be high to get what is needed done but that isn\u2019t sustainable for the long term. When everyone is working to the same beat and rhythm then that alignment helps us all to contribute fully.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That is why guiding quote of Cadence Leadership is:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201cPeople don\u2019t care what you know until they know that you care\u201d. Whatever we do at work, we have seen throughout our work from small companies to large organisations and international groups that those which value their employees and foster a culture of being connected to their purpose have engaged and talented individuals working together well as a team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Recent workplace research* has highlighted how important values and purpose are in employment. Of Millennials (Gen Y) and Gen Z,\u00a0<i>\u201cNearly two in five say they have rejected a job or assignment because it did not align with their values. People need to feel equipped to do their role \u2013 it\u2019s one thing that scares people about change \u2013 not knowing how to do what they\u2019re being asked to deliver. So, equipping and developing individuals so they can thrive is a key principle for us. This might involve coaching or training or having a mentor within the workplace.<\/div> <!-- description --><\/div> <!-- aio-icon-box --><\/div> <!-- aio-icon-component -->[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Therefore, we have built resources, courses, and an approach to support businesses, organisations and charities to help them deliver on their goals, achieving their purpose in a way that helps people to feel valued and fulfilled.
